What type of information does JoyfulJourney Solutions LLC collect from Clients?
JoyfulJourney Solutions LLC collects limited personal data such as full name, date of birth, e-mail address, cell phone number, and in some cases mailing addresses (for welcome packages, goodies from us, deliveries, etc.) Along with any other information, personal or business related stated by the Client, for records to allow the Executive Assistant to tailor to the Client’s specific needs stated in the contract.
JoyfulJourney Solutions LLC collects all information stated above (except for mailing addresses) from site visitors who are not yet Clients.
2. How/Why does JoyfulJourney Solutions LLC collect data? (What are the rules for minors/young entrepreneurs?)
JoyfulJourney Solutions LLC collects each onboarding Client’s information stated above (via encrypted email) and the Client then signs a document (via DocuSign) to ensure that all personal information is correct and true. We collect this information to tailor to the Client’s needs stated in the contract and to also ensure that the Client themself, is not a minor without written consent from their Parent/Guardian.
JoyfulJourney Solutions LLC, under no circumstances collects information from minors without written consent from a parent/guardian. Whether the minor is on their parent/guardian’s account or the minor has a business of their own (As we understand and encourage young entrepreneurs.)
3. How does JoyfulJourney Solutions LLC store, use, share, & disclose information?
JoyfulJourney Solutions LLC stores information (via secure databases, also via usb, locked away in a safe). The reason as to why we store information via usb is because technology can mess up/erase data sometimes due to unfortunate circumstances (as it’s happened to everyone who utilizes technology at some point.) So, we want to not only be stored via secure databases, but also have all your hard work and dedication backed up as well to make little to no room for any technical difficulties.
**If a Client or Executive Assistant was to terminate services, the usb would be delivered via mail to the address on the Client’s profile.
We use, share, and disclose such information with social media sites, websites, etc. that the Client gave us written consent for in their contract in order to implement the tasks that were also stated in said contract. We otherwise do not share any information with other parties that are not stated in our agreement.
4. How does JoyfulJourney Solutions LLC communicate with site visitors/Clients?
Other than communication via our website, JoyfulJourney Solutions LLC communicates with site visitors through email. JoyfulJourney Solutions LLC will only email site visitors from email address (info@joyfuljourneysolutions.com). We also utilize Instagram, Pinterest, and our Facebook Group (JoyfulJourney Solutions LLC).
As for Clients, JoyfulJourney Solutions LLC will send emails using (info@joyfuljourneysolutions.com) or upon agreement, the designated Executive Assistant will also use their professional email to keep Clients updated with any completions, revises, answers to questions, etc. An Executive Assistant will also utilize other app(s) we work with that are listed in the welcome packet.
Privacy policies are subject to change and the Client will be notified when/if any changes occur.
